The other day, my best friend since 2nd grade left our hometown and moved what seems to be a million miles away to be with her Marine husband. She's been pretty much living at my house for the past 10 or so years. After she left my house for the last time, I decided to doodle this little comic strip- A depiction of how we parted ways (I am on the left, she is on the right). I'm terrible with goodbyes and such, so I went with a fist bump. :') I was so very sad, and still am, since now it's pretty much just myself left in this little town out of our tiny group of friends. Coffee and the book store will never be the same~
